(TRX training combined w/ cardio, for an intense toning & weight loss factor plus pilates)
 
6:15 PM         STRIP FIT - 45 KIM 
(This sexy, fun, toning teasing workout is AMAZING fun sexy and you will be dripping sweat!)

7:00 PM        SHREDDED - 30 ROBYN 
(Chisel your entire bod using free weights, bands, steps and more)

7:30 PM        GET DRILLED - 15 ROBYN 
(Intense workout on the heavy bags. We supply gloves!)
