6:15 PM          BALL BLAST - 45 KIM 
                      (Tone all over using the resista-balls)

7:00 PM          BARRE BURN 30 ROBYN
 
TUESDAY


9:30 AM ROW & ROPE ROBYN 30  *NEW CLASS* Work your entire body using TRXS and the  Weighted Rope for that rowing machine affect. This will hit 85% of your muscles.

5:30 PM          BADASS PSYCHO BOOTCAMP- 45 ROBYN
