MEAL PLAN

W/ Accountability Coaching

 

1 MONTH $200 / You will receive a list of all healthy store bought foods to buy. Consisting of proteins, veggies, low carbs, and healthy snacks  like chips, ice cream etc without the guilt. You will email or text your food log nightly. This way I can hold you accountable and correct any mistakes on the log and keep you motivated!!!  My plan consists of UNLIMITED PROTEINS AND VEGGIES. you will never be hungry. This plan you can follow safely for the rest of your life. It teaches you how and what to eat without ever feeling deprived. I designed it myself and Im a foody..I LOVE TO EAT and its something I follow. On the average clients lose 3. pounds a week!!!! Sometimes more. On Mondays you will take a picture of your weight on the scale and send to me and we will do this every Monday to track your amazing results!! Most clients are down 20 pounds in a month!!

LADIES NIGHT OUT 

$25 PP Bachelorette, Shower or just a girls night. 1 hour of the class of your choice. Complimentary Champagne and snacks.

KIDS ZUMBA OR FUN FIT BIRTHDAY PARTY

Decorated in hot pink, crystal and leopard theme. 45 min of zumba or Trx/ Obstacle course. Then 45 min for lunch and cake .We supply decorations and flatware and a gift for our fit kid. You bring lunch and drinks which we serve.
